I have just checked the map try to start OmniNavigation Manuel without Omsi 2 then Novi Sad should have a version that works for me. But the roadmap is unfortunately a bit faulty.
My situation here is that all map navigation files cannot be downloaded.

My computer doesn't have any protective software enabled at all. I also tried turning off the system firewall but to no avail

This issue is intermittent and although it currently works fine it may happen again. I think it would be really tricky if it was a network problem. And there are almost no solutions
