In addition, you showed a screenshot at the time in which the software had already continued to load beyond the update request. This means that the content of the current logs (which you do not want to show us) and the old log file cannot be the same.

I have also discussed this issue with my other friends in China who had the same problem. It seems that it is indeed not a problem on your server side. But we just can't connect to the server (not only omninavigation but also BCS often does this)
