How can we show the horn effect on OmniNavigation?

Hi guys, i saw that other players in OmniNavigation can press horn to me as well as show on the OmniNavigation-map.

However,i cannot have the same effect like that, though i had pressed the horn too.

So, How can we show the horn effect on OmniNavigation?

Sad,so i cannot use this feature with only OmniNavigation-SteamDLC?
