Can we bypass the 3D premises in multiplayer and directly take a tour?

    hello.there is something wrong with my friend.i think he has a bad graphic card and therefore can't enter the 3D premises.he's graphic card is a bit low to hold UE4.


    i remember when the 3D premises server is down,we can bypass the 3D premises and directly enter the computer or take a tour.can we do it manually?

    Thank you for your ticket. The bypass is only active when there a issues with the 3D server.
