hello.this is a problem from my friend.he just bought BBS and was going to enter the company.but it showed a message

could it be a problem of too low hardware,graphic card or anything?

sorry.i think it's not working.probably too bad graphic card to hold UE4.even the OpenGL can not be installed
edit:we were thinking about whether it's UE4's problem.but this guy can run Bus simulator 18,at least at lowest quality with no errors.
