Thank you for your ticket! Four things:

• Check for internet connection.
• Please ensure you entered the correct login data - you need the ones for BCS, not for PeDePe forums! You‘re saying that you logged into the PC app and website, datas might not be the same here!
• Enter your email address, not your username.
• Send us some detailled information about your Android system.

Thank you for your reply! As far as I can see you told us that you can log into your BCS account again. I apologize for that our 2nd Level Support hasn‘t answered your inquiry yet.

If you don’t know your password and can log into your BCS account navigate to your profile settings on the top left corner and reset your password there.

Afterwards you can use these data to log into the app.
