What are you trying here? This is the User helping User Area, so no official support is provided here.
You can use the Ticket-System instead.
You can be sure that the Developer are trying everything to find the Server-Peaks and are fixing them.
Since there is a lot of Code in this very complex system, this takes a lot of time.
The servers are running smooth the most of the time.
I don't understand your probem either, since the support refunds every tour which fails.

You can not say that the servers are going well, when I'm passing you a capture right now.
