Problem mit Ahlheim v4 - Keine Trips sichtbar
Aktuell kommt es zu Problemen bei Ahlheim v4. Sollte auch bei Dir nur eine Tour bzw. gar keine Tour angezeigt werden, setze bitte diesen Workaround um.

    For quite some time now (few months at least, if my memory serves my right), ALU on Omni Nav or BCS minimap in a lot of cases does not display line trajectory and all stops are shown. Some times rarerly they do appear.



    Originally I thought it only happens with extra lines addons lines but no, it happens with original lines also.

    For example the tour I'm driving on the moment of the screenshot is taken and logs were copied while driving on the same tour:

    We have an issue that BCS always spawn the wrong bus in OMSI for the GO 1241:


    It always spawns non-cng variant of the A21.

    Notice also how it displays the Manufacturer name of the CNG bus (MAN Overhaul CNG), which is correct, but model name (A21 3D / E6 '17 / ZF) from non-cng version in BCS depot? It looks like BCS somehow is confusing the 2 buses.

    When I manually choose the bus in OMSI vehicle selector, it chooses correct one so mod itself works. When I try to drive the manually selected correct bus, BCS reports at the end of the trip that it used wrong bus.

    I have a small suggestion: Add an option that it would show the sum of the search results. This would help us to easily get overview of monthly repair costs, maintenance costs, fuel costs etc. For smaller companies it's easy to manually sum up all the rows, but for medium and big sized companies it's quite nightmare to do it manually.

    Also, the rowdy passenger event is broken. today I myself sent police to stop in front of the driver, once he reached the stop, police icon dissapeared. Then I did the same with ambulance but ambulance didn't do anything.

    Similar thing happened in yesterdays event which I took part of.

    I also felt after taking part of the event yesterday, that there is almost no reason for BCS drivers to get the addon. Reasons for this in my mind are:
    - Driving trips under CCS event doesn't help with your BCS progression really. Yes you do get 1EP per 1LP but at least I think it doesn't do anything with your goals.
    - Money wise, at least yesterday I got less than I get per 1 30min trip on BCS (though I am rank 13 so I get quite the bonus with that) with the Eurobus Bad Hüsseldorf event.

    - Driving for other companies does not help the company you belong to at all.

    What as a driver was different:
    - Instead of picking trip yourself you need to request it
    - Those small events (the one I got was aggressive passenger) where you need to interact with the control center

    - Let's be honest, the ticket inspector thing is more for managers/organizers also.

    Sure, it may add a new interesting prospect for managers/event organizers, but for drivers there is no reason really to get this addon.

    I get it, this addon is not meant to be part of BCS. but I feel it would be a lot better if they would work more well together, maybe for example, the drivers of BCS could drive for the event if the event is hosted by their own company without owning the addon or that it would help with their BCS progress a bit more etc?

    I have suggestion for BCS (and CCS) phone apps. Add phone notifications when a message is received (private message, company message or event message - all of them). This allows us to immediately know and see if we receive a message. Would make the apps a bit more useful.

    In AOD it was like that, but they changed this problaby for following reasons:

    • To have navigation working for all supported maps
    • To have the bonus trips option, since those trips come from servers

    I can confirm as an owner of the company that 2 people have tried to invite him, both have gotten same error: "This player is/was already in the company". Company in question is GO Bus Virtual.

    User in question is not in blacklist and does not show up in employeess list.

    As you said, there can be fluctuations, this makes average quite unreliable. We have had several occasion where average is quite off because one month map is extremely active, second month not used at all. It's funny seeing income of the map 20k, when there was onlt 1 tour driven on it. That's my point.

    Maybe add the 30d also and keep both, or maybe make it a setting somewhere to toggle which one you want to see?

    In the company map list view, please replace the Revenue in the last 90 days with 30 days or add 30 days next to it. As company owner it's more important for me the know statistics of last month it is easy to calculate statistics for longer period of time if you keep record of them but calculating exact amount from the 90 day, is impossible unless you started writing down from the very beginning of your company.

    I'm the owner of the company. According to what the user told me, he has never tried to start a tour with that bus, he doesn't even have it installed.

    If it really starts shifting the damages around when you only open the bus UI, then to me it seems like this is a serious bug in BCS.

    So my suggestion got deleted regarding this.

    I suggested to remove (or make it optional) the logic that tries to load previous destination display setting.

    This bug and another one (where the old destination will stay lightly under the current one) occurs quite often. Especially with K++ buses. So far the only fix for it is to despawn the bus and spawn it in again.

    All worked fine up until around month ago, now it keeps happening

    For the last 1-2 months, my BCS 3D depot keeps crashing with this error message:

    I've gone over any log I've found in the BCS folder but haven't found anything that could indicate why it has happened. Sometimes it happens few minutes after every launch, sometimes I can play several sessions without issues.

    I have completely clean re-installed both OMSI and BCS (uninstalled + deleted the OMSI folder completely), heck I've even reinstalled my windows.
    My GPU drivers are up to date.

    Today, after logging in over the weekend, I had 90+ bills in the company, that needed paying, since there still ain't pay all button, I had to start clicking them one-by-one. After around 80, BCS app on my phone crashed, same happened with the BCS client on the PC.

    Several people online in our company reported they crashed at the same time and neither of us could turn on BCS for few minutes after that (PC version stayed on updating).

    I suspect this has something to do with me making so many calls to the server thanks to paying those bills one by one as this is the second time something similar has happened. Not to mention it's pain in the a** to do.

    However I think we actually need an improved list that lists all supported maps with the version number and additionally show for each map which addons have been added to them and even preferably links to where to get them.

    His attitude towards the community already says a lot for a long time.

    I actually did get a response from PeDePe himself. I won't post what he wrote here because I haven't asked permission for it, but they are working on it and are aware of the issues. They are working on new support system and are looking for new supporters who can properly speak/read/write english and german. If they won't find anybody, they may remove the german requirement.


    Problem sometime is that the problem is not explained well.

    Actually at least in my tickets, in a lot of cases (ofc I'm not saying all) it's not that it's not explained well, it's that you guys don't understand what is written properly and can't convey your message to the players properly. For example, this sentence:


    These are Made resolutions in the Sourcecode which gets compared with the Resolution you use.


    is not even near enough understandable English. As I person who is developer himself, after reading it about 10 times I may (note may) have understood what you said, there but most people problably not. And honestly a lot of your sentences are hard to read (you're not the only one). Also the resolution example, you told me that it's an issue that won't be fixed but on contacting PeDePe, I learned it actually is already on the todo list, another example of miscommunication or translation error.

    Since the release of BCS I've tried to keep in mind that support staff members here aren't doing this as their main job and tried to be patient. But with every support ticket I've submitted my patience is running out.


    I won't even mention quite long waiting times (several tickets I've submitted have taken 40+ days to reach anywhere), that I can live with. My issues with the current support members are:

    • In several cases support members keep missing/ignore submitted info, I don't know if there isn't enough members who understand English enough or what is the case (yes English isn't my native language also but still). In some cases I've given up and closed the ticket because I see that support members can't understand my issue.
    • EDIT: Removed this point as contacting Pedepe directly I learned this was all a miscommunication. Again either support staff member misunderstood the devs or something was lost in translation.
    • Staff is in hurry to close tickets, even if they are unresolved. Sometimes it looks like you're in speedrun to close the tickets and don't care what is in them.
    • I see / hear /experience issue that several people in the company have, I make a report out of it instead of all the people experiencing the issue making a separate report out of it. Support members only care if I have the issue.

    Sure, if it would be free product, it would be acceptable to have support like this but for a paid product this is unacceptable (yes, as a company owner who moved from AOD I got the product for free but most people did not). Several people (at least in the English speaking side of the community) have given up reporting bugs to this support team because they know it won't get anywere or takes ages to get any response at all. Don't get me wrong, I'm not here to insult people, I just would like to see improvements.


    In light of this I have some suggestion regarding the support:

    • I would suggest removing the PeDePe Support Bot, it's uselessly spamming messages which nobody will notice since no notification appears when it posts and the important info get's lost between it's spam.
    • I would actually also recommend having e-mail sent out to ticket reporter when somebody posts into it or does something as regular people do not check the support center every day.
    • Get people into the support staff who actually speak english natively or or actually speak/read it around B2, C1, C2 classifications. Right now I see too many responses were it takes me ages to actually understand what is written.

    I'm suggesting that we add a feature that we can remove (or even better sell) existing map or bus permissions. Why? There are several cases were you lose the usage for permission, for example...

    • ...map name changes (usually due to update)
    • ...bus name changes (mod authors like to do this a lot)
    • ...company replaces 2-door bus with 3-door bus etc
    • ...bus was added to the company but came out it wasn't good or sth and is removed.

    and more. In most of those cases you need to get new permission and the old one will just sit there forever and there is extremely high chance you are not going to use it again, never.

    We have been trying to find out what is draining the money in our company the most and we have come to conclusion that with the current finance window it's almost impossible to do.


    I think we should have a summary of finances that would have the weekly and monthly options and would display something like this:
