Solution:

Look please exactly whether your AOD or BBS with an antivirus program or firewall is blocked!

If so, put AOD and BBS on the exception list.

AOD and BBS always start in Admin mode.

The Admin mode, if necessary, under properties do not set in the Windows menu itself!

Please send logfile from BBS and spoof it in this thread.

I think the problem is Steam here.

Steam has to be opened to Start the Bus company Simulator(BCS).

Could you also tell me which version of the BCS is installed, normally you see it in the first screen when it opens(if it opens) or when the last time was when the BCS got updated?

You need a permanent internet connection for the Bus Company Simulator.

If you have no internet connecrion it will not work.

I am happy that it now works.
